For his swearing-in ceremony later this week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited the President of Sri Lanka, the King of Bhutan, and the Prime Ministers of Bangladesh, Nepal, and Mauritius.

He also welcomed Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh, Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Nepal, and Pravind Kumar Jugnauth of Mauritius. President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka and Druk Gyalpo Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck are also invited.

After receiving congratulations from the aforementioned leaders on the NDA’s electoral victory in the just ended Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister of India acknowledged each of them earlier on Wednesday.

He said that he spoke on the phone with the leaders named earlier in a string of tweets.
